A fantastic day at The UGP Sponsored Walk. I t was organised by Stephen ‘Jack’ McIlvenna’s family and friends in his memory as the Ulster Grand Prix was his favourite race. Thank you to all the walkers, runners, pram pushers and cyclists for completing the walk, on not a very nice day, and raising an amazing total of £2160. That is an incredible amount of money, we are sure Jack would have been very proud. It was only right that we had Jack’s car as the recovery car so it went round the circuit a few times too. Didn’t it Susan Lester ?!! 🙂

Hundreds of people attended the fundraiser in November held in memory of Stephen ‘Jack’ McIlvenna. He would have been so proud of everyone for their support, their generosity and their care for each other. The amount of money raised for our charity was astonishing and we are truly grateful.

We can’t tell you how proud we are of Dave Walsh and his team of Sherpas: Roy Adams, David Mcbride, Mark Renwick, Darren Gilpin and Rob Spud Collins and Shelley Tomlins ! Dave carried a mini moto to the top of Slieve Donard whilst wearing leathers and a helmet !! AND… It’s all well and good getting up there… but you have to come down again !!!! Massive respect to Dave and his team. Thank you to everyone who supported him, encouraged him and sponsored him. He really is something else!!!!! 🙂 Respect….!!
