Thanks For All Yous Do!

6th November 2025 Leave a Comment

This season alone we have paid out £16,750 which has helped 36 riders and families.

This has come as a bit of a shock, it is unprecedented and frankly unsustainable without support.

We were feeling worried and a bit down… and then we received this message which I have permission to share.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO.

Thanks so much for the card from all you guys really appreciate it and all yous do!

Needless to say the money you sent will help this month’s mortgage as I don’t get sick pay from work any more because the amount of times I’ve used it for collar bone wrist ankle and now leg.

All under 10 years I’ll be going in to explain my self no one sees this side of racing.

Once again thanks for all yous do!

What can we say!

Along with the recent announcement that The Injured Riders Welfare Fund (IRWF) are now a registered charity, we are pleased to welcome Robert Sinton as a 5th member on board.

We hope along with the registered charity status and Robert on board this will help us raise our profile and explore new ways to fundraise in order to support injured riders,

Many of you will know Robert through his brother Eddie and his mother, our own legend and founder member Sheila Sinton MBE.

We look forward to new opportunities with our strong and dedicated team.

The Injured Riders Welfare Fund (IRWF) are delighted to announce that we are now a registered charity.

We hope this will help us raise our profile and explore new ways to fundraise in order to support injured riders.

We are already in discussions with various groups within the sport about being their nominated charity for their events in 2026.

Having paid out over £15,000 to riders and families in 2025 to date, we would welcome all support for our fund which has been supporting riders since 2003.

Our Bank and Charity details are available below should you or your organisation wish to support us in our endeavours.
