Sponsored Walk Road Race Circuits

23rd April 2026 Leave a Comment

Our very own Robert Sinton is hoping to raise £750 and more to support the work of the Injured Riders Welfare Fund who offer financial and emotional support to injured motorcycle racers and their families in the North and South of Ireland.

The IRWF have been supporting injured riders since 2003, and in recognition of our 23rd year Robert is walking a lap of each of the Northern Ireland Road Race circuits in one day on the 11th July 2026 ( North West, Armoy, Mid Antrim, Cookstown and Tandragee) to raise much needed funds.

This is a total of 23 miles and we have named the event “23 for 23”.

We would appreciate any donation to support this worthy cause.

Anyone who wants to support Robert during the walk would be most welcome.

Estimated times as follows.

North West start line 07.30 am
Armoy start line 11.00 am
Mid Antrim start line 12.30
The Braeside Cookstown 14.30
Tandragee start line 16.00

Creamery Can Raffle

21st April 2026 Leave a Comment

What an absolute pleasure it was to visit Crosskennan Animal Sanctuary at the weekend.

What a lovely place and what beautiful animals.

One of their volunteers, Jane, has hand painted a creamery can which is going to be raffled throughout the race season with proceeds going to the sanctuary and us, IRWF.

I’m sure you will agree that the Can is amazing, at £3.50 per ticket it’s also a great opportunity to support two hard working charities.

We will be popping up at various racing events so please come and support us, you can even donate from the comfort of your sofa using the scan – see picture for QR Code or get your raffle tickets on-line HERE

We got promote our wee charity and thank people for their support throughout 2025, they even had us on the big screen during the address.

It was great to see some of the riders we have helped looking so well and we especially want to thank the riders who signed some of our merch which will help our fundraising efforts throughout this year.

A special thank you too to Tracey Sinton and Timmy Turtle for your company and support.

Thanks For All Yous Do!

6th November 2025 Leave a Comment

This season alone we have paid out £16,750 which has helped 36 riders and families.

This has come as a bit of a shock, it is unprecedented and frankly unsustainable without support.

We were feeling worried and a bit down… and then we received this message which I have permission to share.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO.

Thanks so much for the card from all you guys really appreciate it and all yous do!

Needless to say the money you sent will help this month’s mortgage as I don’t get sick pay from work any more because the amount of times I’ve used it for collar bone wrist ankle and now leg.

All under 10 years I’ll be going in to explain my self no one sees this side of racing.

Once again thanks for all yous do!

What can we say!
