For 2025, the organisers of the Annual Easter Sunday ‘Ride out for Rory’ very kindly nominated the Injured Riders Welfare Fund (IRWF) as one of the beneficiaries in memory of the very much missed Alan Connor. We were honoured to have Stuart Connor, Alan’s brother, accept a cheque for an amazing 1,420 euros on our behalf. Huge thanks to Greg Johnson and Kenneth Lenehan, and to all involved. Greg Johnson - "Well folks it's nearly that time of year for our annual ride out on Easter Sunday 20th of April 2025 in memory of our great friend Rory Smith. Cookstown Motorcycle Show 2025 - Our lovely Sharon was at the Cookstown Motorcycle Show on Friday and Saturday, April 25th/26th 2025 at the First Cookstown Presbyterian Church. We ran a 'Guess The Helmet' quiz for a minimum of £1 donation with a fantastic Easter Hamper for the winner. Yvonne Ward, our founding member, after 21 years of working tirelessly to further the work of the Injured Riders Welfare Fund, has chosen to retire from her duties with the Fund.
